Logistical information for the weekend
Tickets
Tickets are on sale now! They are sold on a “pay what you can” basis: Budget, regular and supporter tickets all provide the same thing: entry to the event. We offer different price points because we want to be inclusive, but also pay the artists fairly.
Please note that ticket list is not secret and volunteers on the door can see your name is on it (though not email or how much you paid).
Indoor camping is limited to 50 people. It is free of charge but must be booked at the same time as your ticket. If booking accommodation elsewhere is affordable for you, please consider doing so.
We welcome children and families. Kids under 12 are free. For safeguarding reasons we are not allowing kids to indoor camp. Under 18s must be accompanied by a responsible adult. Please let us know the ages of any kids you are bringing.
Food & drink
- We are not allowed to bring alcohol into the venue, unfortunately. Please respect this to help us develop a positive working relationship with our venue.
- We will provide tea, coffee and biscuits.
- Please arrange your own meals: takeaways, pubs and shops are all available within walking distance in Hathersage. There is space in the fridge for (labelled!) food.
- We would love it if you could please bring snacks to share (no oranges).
- If bringing snacks to share, please label with ingredients
- If you have allergies you would like us to know about, please let us know at the time of booking and see our access statement.
- No oranges are allowed in the venue due to a serious allergy.
- There will be tables to eat at, crockery and cutlery available
- There are two microwaves in the venue
How to get to the hall
Hathersage train station is a 5 minute walk* from the hall and is served by trains from Sheffield and Manchester.
The 272 bus from Sheffield runs hourly to Hathersage, including on Sundays. It stops at the George Hotel, a 5 minute walk* from the hall.
